This book is jam-packed with new and expanded information from it's predecessor. I've added numerous new procedures, concepts and tips. Much of this book can be applied to existing versions of GroupWise (and some third party products), however as I've been working with GroupWise 7/Sequoia for the past few months, I've decided to add many of the tips, tricks and new concepts to this edition, providing a complete overhaul. I highly recommend that all administrators have a solid understanding of the concepts that I've reviewed here prior to undertaking the upgrade. This will help avoid any end-user impact.
